Next Generations

We have recently begun a collection of next generation interviews. While our core purpose at this point remains the same: interviewing people with direct experience of Nazi persecution, we are slowly growing this second strand of testimony about the impact of the Holocaust on the descendants of survivors and refugees from Nazi Europe.

 

Our Next Generations interviews are generally shorter than first generation testimonies, and are usually shared in full on the site. Our hope for the Next Generations collection is to enable more stories to be told, and to explore and illustrate the legacy of Nazi persecution beyond the immediate victims and well beyond the Second World War.
